All pricing is an estimate unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change based on conditions discovered during service. Payment is due as agreed prior to or upon completion. Nonpayment may result in collections and legal remedies.
Failure to provide reasonable notice for cancellations may result in fees or forfeiture of deposits.
Cleaning is not restoration. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, mold, biohazards, or pre-existing conditions. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims arising from your use of our services or website.
